The Cool Pooltester is a portable photometer designed for residential use and is ideal for Spa's.

This instrument is based on the DPD and phenol red methods, the internationally recognised methods used by professionals to check chlorine and pH levels. This easy and safe test method gives a distinctive colour change which is measured by the instrument.

Pooltester, tablet reagents, crushing rod and two test tubes

Refill Pack Contains:
Spatula
1 x Small test vial
30 x DPD1's - testing for free Chlorine
20x DPD3's - testing for combined Chlorine
10 x Alkaphot - testing for TA
30 x Phenol Reds - testing for pH

The best way to keep a pool or spa in top condition is to keep a careful eye on the water quality.

Chlorine, Bromine, pH, Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid are important parameters that must be controlled on a regular basis. Traditionally the home user has used colour charts to assess chemical concentration by eye. Now, the Cool Pooltester is available to the residential pool and spa owner based on the principle of electronic photometric measurements.

The tests are based on long-life, foil-packed reagent tablets that are all conveniently stored along with two test tubes and a crushing stick inside the instrument.

The reagent tablets are safe and easy to handle. There are no powders or liquids to spill.

All tablets are available in handy refill packs.

The tests are quick and simple to perform - a reagent tablet is mixed with a water sample, the test tube is placed in the instrument and the test selected with a menu button. Colour measurement is carried out electronically at the press of a button and the concentration of the chemical in the water is instantly displayed on a two digit LCD display.

Please remeber it is very important that you DO NOT TOUCH the individual test tablets once they have been popped out of the blister pack, as the contaminants on your fingers could give false readings. The tablet needs to go from the pack straight into your pool tester, which is why these type of tablets are far better than the traditional foil wrapped for ease of use.

Delivery - Mainland UK
We currently achieve a next working day delivery rate of 98.5% on all stock orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that orders processed after 4pm on Thursdays will be processed and dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. This does not include Bank Holidays, which are classed as non-working days. Should you require a Saturday delivery or have any other delivery enquiries, please email dispatch@ukpoolstore.co.uk who we will respond to your request quickly.

Try to include your mobile phone number in the checkout area so that our delivery drivers can contact you should they need any further assistance or clarification in delivering your order.

Please ensure you leave detailed information if your delivery address is hard to find or a new housing development. If you know there is a possibility of missing the delivery, you can at the checkout stage leave instructions for the delivery driver to leave without signature and place your goods with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of sight for your later retrieval.

Please note some areas including Scotland (post codes KW,IV,HS), Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man will need extra carriage.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY

If you are unable to thoroughly check your delivery upon receipt, sign for it as UNCHECKED. If the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it as DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.

If you sign for a delivery as OK, which you later find to be damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items, in this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.
This product is fully CE but as a chemical based product returns are exempt due to the nature of the goods.
